- The Competition shall be called the "SNIA-Europe Five-a-Side Football Tournament".

- This Competition shall come under the auspices of the "SNIA-Europe", which body shall appoint a Committee
- The Committee shall appoint a Competition Secretary, to whom all correspondence shall be directed
- The Committee shall be responsible for all matters pertaining to the Competition.
- The Laws of the Game of Association Football shall apply with the exception of Laws 3, 7 and 11. NB SHINGUARDS SHALL BE WORN
- The Competition shall be by Invitation only.
- The Competition shall be decided on a group system. Teams shall be drawn into groups playing each other, the winners and runners-up of each group going forward to the next round, which shall be decided on a straight knockout. The remaining Teams shall then be placed into a Plate Competition, which shall be decided on a straight knockout.
- Eight players may be nominated from which five players shall be chosen to form a Team. The game shall be played by two Teams each consisting of not more than five players, one of whom shall be the goalkeeper. One of the other players may change places with the goalkeeper during the match provided that notice is given to the Referee before such change is made.
- Each Team shall be permitted to use three substitutes during a match except to replace a player who has been dismissed from the field of play for misconduct. The substitution shall only be made when play is stopped for any reason and the Referee has given permission. A player who has been substituted during a match himself becomes a substitute and may, in turn, replace another player at any time subject to the substitution being carried out in accordance with Law 3 of the Laws of Association Football.
- There shall be no offside.
All free kicks shall be direct with the exception of a back pass to the goalkeeper, which shall be an indirect free kick.
Opponents shall be 5 yards from the ball when free kicks are taken. Goal kicks shall be taken from the goal line inside the penalty area.
- All matches shall be 6 minutes each way. In the league system points shall be awarded, 3pts Win, 1pt Draw, 0pt Lose. In the event of the league placings being tied (i.e. equal number of points) goal difference to count and if still equal the Team scoring the most goals goes forward. If still equal then a play-off shall be played. In the straight knockout in the event of a draw at full time, extra time shall be played of 3 minutes each way. If the scores are still level, after extra time, the match shall be decided by the taking of penalties in accordance with International Board Procedures.
- A player ordered off the field of play for misconduct shall take no further part in the Competition and the vacant place in that Team cannot be filled by a substitute in that game.
- Referee for all matches shall be appointed by the Committee and their decision on all points shall be final.
- Any disputed point (other than that of play) shall be decided by the Appeals Committee whose decision shall be final. Any appeal shall be lodged within 10 minutes of the conclusion of a game in question.
- The Competition shall provide suitable size 5 footballs for each match.
- Any points not covered in these Rules shall be referred to the Appeals Committee whose decision shall be final.
